The Team

About Takk

Takk was born in Tokyo and moved to the Washington, DC area as a child. Takk is a member and guest speaker of The Real Estate Board of New York and has been the recipient of several industry awards in recent years, including Top Rental Agent of the Year in 2009 and 2010, Rookie of the Year Award in 2009, and Top Rental Lister of the Year of 2010. Takk is also an accomplished musician who currently performs with the New Amsterdam Symphony Orchestra in New York City.
**Takk was recruited to develop Compass's brokerage division in 2014.**

About Danielle

Danielle joined Compass in May 2015 as the operations assistant to The Takk Team, providing full comprehensive support to the team as well as managing all exclusive listings. In addition to supporting clients throughout the process, Danielle is responsible for all the behind-the-scenes duties that support successful deals, including marketing, administration, and showings. She is extremely organized, detail and task-oriented, and always willing to go above and beyond to facilitate and streamline transactions. Her helpful and caring personality accent every transaction and provide the client with the assurance that they are in good hands.

About Jennifer

Jennifer Baker is the co-founder of The Takk Team. Throughout her career, she has covered everything from sponsor sales and rentals to buyer and renter-side transactions. In addition, she has extensive experience in representing landlords. Although she was born and raised in New York, she constantly strives to learn new things about her city. Jennifer's professional yet easygoing personality makes her a pleasure to work with. She enjoys a good laugh and takes pride in ensuring her clients are happy. She has a special affinity for Morningside Heights, where she earned her B.A. in History from Columbia University.
